The
Dog's Days of Summer began life as a weekly webcomic,
in the summer of 2007.
Every
Wednesday, watchers voted for what would happen next to Diego
the dingo and his friends on Bendigo Beach. The readers of
the comic helped shape and define the characters by their
choices and actions.
As
summer drew to a close, so did our free time and we had to
decide what to do to keep the project alive. We sat down,
and using the budding story developed by reader driven votes,
we wrote the conclusion and put another 34 pages onto paper.
The first half of the comic is still availble here, online.
If you're interested in finding out what happens to
Diego and the rest of the cast, the entirety of the comic
(including all of the concept art) is now available as a full
color graphic novel, published by Sofawolf Press! Click
